Chris J. Meza is proud to team with Sotheby's International Realty -- it is an exciting move to add “sales associate” to his toolbox. Chris has participated in most recent sales of the Sutter Health Library and has been actively investing in Bay Area properties. Since moving to San Francisco in 2011, Chris has enjoyed a career in real estate as an investor/principal and continues to procure real estate investments for clients.
He currently serves on the Board of the Saint Francis Foundation. He was featured in the February 2018 issue of the Nob Hill Gazette as a “Mover & Shaker.”
A native of Colorado, Chris founded B.L.U.E., LLC (Builders of Legendary Urban Environments), a RE investment & income property development firm focusing on the acquisition of single & multi family, commercial, and vacation rental properties in Denver, Ft. Collins and Aspen. From 1999-2011 Chris was Vice President and Co-Founder of Meza Construction Co., specializing in heavy highway and light rail expansion projects for the State of CO, the City of Denver, and Federal agencies including maintenance contracts at Denver International Airport. Chris currently serves on the Board of the Saint Francis Foundation, and past appointments include the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission as appointed by the Honorable Mayor John Hickenlooper, and has served on the following Boards: the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Wells Fargo Community Advisory Board, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver.
